How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization:
    Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send the item back.

  3. Package the Item:
    Securely package the item in its original packaging, including any accessories and documentation. Be sure to include the RA number with the return shipment.

  4. Ship the Item:
    Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is returned safely.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  1. Restocking Fees:
    In some cases, a restocking fee may apply to returns, particularly for items that were returned due to customer error (e.g., incorrect selection). This fee will be deducted from your refund.

  2. Shipping Costs:

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or model, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

International Returns
